Staff Positions Explained

Community Manager

Community managers serve as liaisons between the players and the server owner. Their primary responsibility is to engage with players on a daily basis to gain insights into their experiences and gather feedback. They compile and communicate these insights during the weekly meetings to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with player needs.

Senior Staff

Senior staff members are highly experienced professionals who provide support to both community members and their fellow staff members as needed. They play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, addressing concerns, and ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Junior Support

Junior support members serve as the first point of contact for addressing community needs. Whether handling player reports, bug reports, or answering general questions, they play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations. This is an entry-level position, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in community support and management.
