7 Cities Rp has many ways to gain financial stability. This section will let you know everything you need to be successful.
Guidelines and standards are set by the 7 Cities Employment Commission.
Business Guidlines
Wages

All wages are paid out every 30 minutes.

Unemployed citizens receive a food stiffen of $250

Minimum wage is set to $300
-
Minimum wage of a CEO is $2000

There is no longer a maximum wage.

All wages are taxed by a percentage set by the state governor.
Running an already standing business.

Before taking over the business, you must make all payment required to obtain said business.

You will be required to register your business with the 7 Cities Government and pay weekly taxes in the amount set by the state governor.

You are not permitted to to bring funds from outside sources into your business.

For example, you cannot do another job/activity to gain money to put into your business account.

You can however request a government grant to assist with funding your business. (Do not wait until its too late)

Starting Your Own Business

All guidelines for running an existing business apply here as well.

When starting up a business, you must present a business plan to be approved.

While some business ideas will be good, we may still decline them based on a need for them.

You will be required to register your business with the 7 Cities Government and pay weekly taxes in the amount set by the state governor.
Business Expansion

We encourage all businesses to eventually expand within the state.

Expansions must be approved by the government.
-
There will be an additional fee to pay for business expansion.

You are permitted to grow to a maximum of 3 locations.

Forming an enterprise/corporation

In order to do this, you must be citizen of the state for 3 months.

You must have at least 3 businesses or business locations under you.

You will be required to develop and present a full business plan as well a full business SOP.

To get this started, you must create a ticket with the following information

Logo(must be transparent background)

Gigs
-
Gigs are side jobs within the state that can be done at your own leisure.

You will not be assigned to a business to complete the tasks of the job.

When doing these jobs, you are considered an independent contractor and do not have to adhere to wage enforcement.

You will also not be protected under the 7 Cities Employment Commission.
