In order to form a moe perfect union, establish justice, and ensure the safety of all citizens, we have created this list of laws to be followed by all.
Laws
1.1 Bribery
Fine $1500| Jail: 25 Months
A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly offers, confers, or agrees to confer on another, or solicits, accepts, or agrees to accept from another:
-
any benefit as consideration for the recipient's decision, opinion, recommendation, vote, or other exercise of discretion as a public servant, party official, or voter;
-
any benefit as consideration for the recipient's decision, vote, recommendation, or other exercise of official discretion in a judicial or administrative proceeding;
-
any benefit as consideration for a violation of a duty imposed by law on a public servant or party official; or
-
If the benefit was offered, conferred, solicited, accepted, or agreed to pursuant to an express agreement to take or withhold a specific exercise of official discretion if such exercise of official discretion would not have been taken or withheld but for the benefit; notwithstanding any rule of evidence or jury instruction allowing factual inferences in the absence of certain evidence, direct evidence of the express agreement shall be required in any prosecution under this subdivision.
1.2 Money laundering
Fine $1600| Jail: 25 Months
A person commits an offense if the person knowingly:

Acquires or maintains an interest in, conceals, possesses, transfers, or transports the proceeds of criminal activity.

Conducts, supervises, or facilitates a transaction involving the proceeds of criminal activity.
-
Invests, expends, or receives, or offers to invest, expand, or receive, the proceeds of criminal activity or funds that the person believes are the proceeds of criminal activity; or
-
Finances or invests or intends to invest funds that the person believes are intended to further the commission of criminal activity.
1.3 Racketeering
Fine: $17000 Jail: 150 Months
“Pattern of criminal profiteering criminal activity” means engaging in at least two incidents of criminal profiteering as defined in this section, that meet the following requirements:

Have the same or similar purpose, result, principals, victims, methods of commission, or are otherwise interrelated by distinguishing characteristics.
-
Are not isolated events.
-
Were committed as a criminal activity of an organized gang.
-
Be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
1.4 Possession of Contraband
Fine: $1150| Jail: 10 Months
An offense is committed when an individual is in possession of;
-
An electronic device used to manipulate the security systems of a Federally Insured banking institution;
-
An electronic device(s) used to coordinate the acquisition or delivery of illegal goods;
-
An electronic device that has been proven to have been used to adjust the engine exhaust or other attributes of a motor vehicle to exceed legal limits; and
-
Any substance or tool that has been used in conjunction with criminal activity

Any munitions that would be utilized for any classification of firearm not able to be obtained legally via purchase by
-
Private Purchase
-
Purchase via a vendor that has proper documentation.

1.5 Kidnapping
Fine: $5,000| Jail 15 Months
A person commits kidnapping when...
-
They force an individual from their position without consent.
-
They lure an individual into an area that is deem UN-intentional by the victim.
-
They force an individual to stay put in a position or place they do not consent to.
Section 2: OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER
2.1 Illegal display of weaponry/tactical gear/clothing/apparatus
Fine: $1400| 10 Months
A person commits an offense if the person:
-
Intentionally, knowingly, and recklessly carries on or about his or her person any kind of weapon in plain view of the public; and
-
Is not:
-
On the person’s own premises or premises under the person’s control; or
-
Inside of a motor vehicle that is owned and operated by a person.

Open carry of any firearm (will include such items as nerf gun, BB gun, replica’s or alike)
-
Any tactical gear (Vests / holsters / masks / helmets)
2.2 Unlawful discharge of a firearm
Fine: $1400| jail: 20 Months
A person commits an offense if the person:
-
discharges a firearm within state limits
-
licensed firearm was discharged on their property, but not in an attempt to preserve one’s own life under the fear of imminent harm upon themself.
-
licensed firearm was discharged within city limits without the intent to preserve oneself under the pretenses of:
-
The person reasonably believed they were in danger of being injured or killed
-
The person reasonably believed that they need to use lethal force to prevent being injured or killed; and
-
No more force than was necessary was used to stop the threat.
-

licensed firearm was discharged outside of city limits without the intent of:
-
Hunting large or small game for the purpose of sport or food,
-
The person’s life was in immediate danger from surrounding wildlife.
-
2.3 Carrying a Firearms Without a License:
Fine: $1400| Jail: 10 Months
A person in possession of a firearm is required to carry on them a kind of personal identification card with the firearm owner’s name, date of birth.

Class II & II firearms are not permitted to be carried by occupants of the State of San Andreas; unless
-
The person has a class II and or Class II weapon License.

Class PD firearms are only permitted by authorized peace officers of the state of the 7 Cities.
-
Class III firearms are illegal and should not be carried by anyone.
2.4 Public Intoxication
Fine: $1300| jail: 5 Months
A person commits an offense if the person appears in a public place while intoxicated to the degree that the person may endanger the person or another.
2.5 Vandalism:
Fine: $1300| 10 Months
Every person who maliciously commits any of the following acts with respect to any real or personal property not his or her own, in cases other than those specified by State law, is guilty of vandalism:

Defaced with graffiti or other inscribed material.

Damages.
-
Destroys

Whenever a person violates this subdivision with respect to real property, vehicles, signs, fixtures, furnishings, or property belonging to any public entity, state government or the federal government, it shall be a permissive inference that the person neither owned the property nor had the permission of the owner to deface, damage, or destroy the property.

2.6 Disorderly Conduct:
Fine $ 1400| Jail: 10 Months
A person commits an offense if he intentionally or knowingly:
-
uses abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language in a public place, and the language by its very utterance tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;
-
makes an offensive gesture or display in a public place, and the gesture or display tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;
-
creates, by chemical means, a noxious and unreasonable odor in a public place;
-
abuses or threatens a person in a public place in an obviously offensive manner;
-
makes unreasonable noise in a public place other than a sport shooting range,or in or near a private residence that he has no right to occupy;
-
fights with another in a public place;
-
discharges a firearm on or across a public road;
-
exposes his anus or genitals in a public place and is reckless about whether another may be present who will be offended or alarmed by his act or is generally acting like a dummy.
2.7 Verbal Threats:
Fine: $1300| Jail: 10 Months
Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, with the specific intent that the statement, made verbally, in writing, or by means of an electronic communication device, is to be taken as a threat, even if there is no intent of actually carrying it out, which, on its face and under the circumstances in which it is made, is so unequivocal, unconditional, immediate, and specific as to convey to the person threatened, a gravity of purpose and an immediate prospect of execution of the threat, and thereby causes that person reasonably to be in sustained fear for his or her own safety or for his or her immediate family's safety.

2.8 Refusal of a lawful command:
Fine: $1300| jail: 10 Months
A “lawful command” is defined as a command given by a Peace Officer in which it is designed to reasonably achieve a goal.

Any persons who refuse a lawful command through obstructively physical conduct are subject to an arrest.
2.9 Impersonation:
Fine: $1900| jail: 20 Months
A person commits an offense when he intentionally or knowingly:
-
Wears, exhibits, or uses the authorized or similar uniform, insignia, emblem, device, label, certificate, card, or writing, of an another person, that would deceive any ordinarily reasonable person with the intent of fraudulently impersonating to be someone else, or of fraudulently inducing the belief that he or she is a peace officer
2.10 Obstruction of Justice:
Fine $1450| Jail: 10 Months
A person commits an offense if, with intent to hinder the arrest, prosecution, conviction, or punishment of another for an offense or, with intent to hinder the arrest, detention, adjudication, or disposition of a child for engaging in delinquent conduct that violates a penal law of the state, or with intent to hinder the arrest of another under the authority of a warrant he:

Harbors or conceals the other;
-
Provides or aids in providing the other with any means of avoiding arrest or effecting escape; or
-
Warns the other of impending discovery or apprehension.
2.11 Disturbing the Peace:
Fine: $1350| Jail: 5 Months
A person commits an offense if they:
-
Unlawfully fights in a public space or challenges another person in a public space to a fight
-
Any person who maliciously and willfully disturbs another person by loud and unreasonable noise.
-
Any person who uses offensive words in a public place which is inherently likely to provoke an immediate violent reaction.
2.12 Verbal harassment:
Fine: $1300| Jail: 10 Months
A person commits an offense when he:
-
Insults an occupant of the State of San Andreas with the intent of provoking a response.
-
Repeat a phrase multiple times with the intent to provoke a response.
2.13 Sexual harassment:
Fine $500,000| Jail: 120 Months
A person commits an offense when he/she:
-
Insults in a sexual or demeaning nature to an occupant of the State of San Andreas with the intent of provoking a response
-
Repeat a sexual or demeaning phrase multiple times with the intent to provoke a response.
2.14 Negligence:
Fine: 1500| Jail 20 Months
When a person:
-
failure to use reasonable care, resulting in damage or injury to another
-
person's conduct must fall short of how a "reasonable" and prudent person would act in the same or a similar situation.
-
behaves in a way that is an extreme departure from the way that a "reasonable" person would act. Criminal negligence is basically analogous to an "I don't care what happens" type of attitude.

If a pet owner’s animal resulted in injury or destruction of property by negligence (either directly or indirectly).
2.15 Contempt to Court:
Fine: $1300| Jail: 5 Months
A person who commits the offense(s) of disorderly, contemptuous, or insolent behavior during the sitting of a court of Justice, in the immediate view and presence of the court, and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or to impair the respect due to authorities
2.16 Conspiracy
Fine: N/A | Jail: N/A
The action of which you conspire to commit any crime.

2.17 Failure to Appear
Fine: $1600| Jail: 15 Months
When a person:

Section 3: Obstruction Charges
3.1 Providing False Information:
Fine: $1450| Jail: 20 Months
A person commits an offense if, with intent to deceive, he knowingly makes a false statement that is material to a criminal investigation and makes the statement to:
-
a peace officer or federal special investigator conducting the investigation
-
any employee of a law enforcement agency that is authorized to conduct the investigation and that the person knows is conducting the investigation or,
-
a corrections officer.
3.2 Spoliation of evidence:
Fine: $12000| Jail: 15 Months
This is the intentional, reckless, or negligent withholding, hiding, altering, fabricating, or destroying evidence relevant to a legal proceeding.
3.3 Felony Evading
Fine: $1350| Jail 15 Months
A person commits an offense if the person, on foot or in a vehicle, willfully fails or refuses to bring the vehicle to a stop or flees, or attempts to elude a pursuing police vehicle when given a visual or audible signal to bring the vehicle to a stop.
3.4 Aiding And Abetting
Fine & jail is defined by the crime committed
All persons concerned in the commission of a crime, whether it be felony or misdemeanor, and whether they directly commit the act constitutions the offense, or aid and abet in its commission, or, not being present, have advised and encouraged its commission, and all persons counseling, advising, or encouraging children under the age of 18 years, or persons who are mentally incapacitated, to commit any crime, or who, by fraud, contrivance, or force, occasion the drunkenness of another for the purpose of causing him to commit any crime, or who, by threats, menaces, command, or coercion, compel another to commit any crime, are principles in any crime so committed.
3.5 Reckless Endangerment/Driving
Fine: $1600| Jail: 20 Months
A person commits an offense if the person drives a vehicle in wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.
3.6 Trespassing
Fine: $1300| Jail: 10 Months
A person commits an offense if the person enters or remains on or in property of another, including residential land, agricultural land, a recreational vehicle park, a building, or an aircraft or other vehicle, without effective consent and the person

3.8 Possession of stolen property

3.9 Destruction of Private Property

A Person commits an offense if, without the effective consent or the owner.

He intentionally or knowingly damages or destroys the tangible property of the owner.

he intentionally or knowingly tampers with the tangible property of the owner and causes pecuniary loss or substantial inconvenience to the owner or a third party.

Section 4: illegal substance possession
4.1 Possession of a Illegal Substance

Possession is pursued if an individual has Illegal substances in their possession.

Possession is pursued if an individual has Class B substances in their possession.Possession is defined as having 20 or more processed or 50 or more unprocessed substances and or materials to process

Section 5: wildlife violations
5.1 Animal Abuse
Fine: $3600| Jail: 15 Months

5.2 Hunting Without License
Fine: $2,500| Jail: 10 Months
A person may not operate any weapon designated for hunting, unless the person then holds a valid hunting license.
Section 6: Vehicle Laws
6.1 Licenses
Fine: $2500| Jail: 10 Months
In order to operate any vehicle within the city, you must posses a corresponding license to do so.

Driver's license: Must obtain to operate a motor vehicle.

Motorcycle License: Must obtain to operate a motorized bike.

Commercial license: Must be obtained to operate any large commercial vehicle.

Pilot License: Must be obtained to operate any flying vehicle.

Learners Permit: Required to be able to operate a vehicle with a fully licensed person in passenger seat.
6.2 Speeding
Fine: $3500| Jail 30 Months
All drivers must obey all speed limits at all times. Exceeding more than 20mph is considered the felony threshold.

6.5 Reckless Driving

6.6 Non Roadworthy Vehicle

All drivers are expected to maintain their vehicles to ensure they are safe and follow

6.7 Abandonment

All drivers are expected to responsibly store vehicles when no longer using them or calling appropriate help when a vehicle is no longer usable.
